Brittany Murphy passed away yesterday at 32 years old in her LA home. The medical experts say her death appears to be from natural causes, and her family released a statement saying she was sick with flu like symptoms a few days before she passed. "The sudden loss of our beloved Brittany is a terrible tragedy," Murphy's husband and family wrote in a statement. "She was our daughter, our wife, our love, and a shinning star. We ask you to respect our privacy at this difficult time." The star is best known for her roles in Clueless and 8 Mile, but was also featured in Happy Feet, the TV cartoon King of the Hill (over 230 episodes), and Girl, Interrupted.
